Om Samaj Dental Hospital and Nabil Bank Sign Strategic Healthcare Collaboration Agreement

Kathmandu. Om Samaj Dental Hospital and Nabil Bank have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Healthcare Collaboration with the aim of institutionally strengthening the collaboration between healthcare and banking sectors.

The agreement between Nabil Bank, which has been providing services through a network of 268 branches across the country, and Om Samaj Dental Hospital, which has been expanding its presence in dental healthcare services, is seen as a service-oriented and long-term partnership.

More than 70 branches and service centers of the bank are operating in Bagmati Province alone. The agreement was signed by Nabil Bank’s Naikap Branch Manager Utsav Prasad Bidari, Transaction Officer Sandeep Kumar Shahi, and Transaction Branch Banking Officer Mahesh Jung Baniya, representing Nabil Bank. On behalf of Om Samaj Dental Hospital, the agreement was signed by Rajan Thapa, member of the board of directors, Bijendra Lal, head of administration, and Anjana Khadka, head of NAIKAP branch. As per the agreement, Nabil Bank employees, customers, and their families will receive special discounts on various dental and health services available from Om Samaj Dental Hospital. Both organizations have expressed their belief that the collaboration will make a significant contribution to expanding access to quality health services and providing convenient and reliable services to the citizens.

Speaking at the event, Nabil Bank representative Utsav Bidari said that the bank has been working by prioritizing social responsibility along with financial services. He expressed his belief that this collaboration in the health sector will directly benefit the bank’s employees and customers. Bijendra Lal, head of administration of the hospital, mentioned that this agreement is a significant achievement in the campaign to provide quality and accessible health services to the citizens. He expressed his commitment to expand more effective services in the coming days by keeping human sensitivity at the center along with treatment services.

NAIKAP Branch Chief Anjana Khadka said that the satisfaction of the service recipients is the main priority of the hospital and that this collaboration will further strengthen the citizen’s trust in health services. Board of Directors Member and Social Activist Rajan Thapa mentioned that health services are not just a business sector but are directly linked to social responsibility.

He expressed his belief that collaboration with a reputable financial institution will further strengthen the health rights of citizens and said that the hospital will continue its social responsibility-focused public welfare programs in the coming days.

This collaboration between the health and banking sectors is seen as an important step towards the welfare of service recipients, expanding access to quality health services, enhancing institutional trust and promoting social responsibility.
